Standard object proficiency rates can be calculated per class. Create a view in the admin routes to show a comparison chart for each class on each standard. It should include:
A summary graph of the rate of proficiency- A scrollable view of students who are or aren't proficient for a given course
Average scores for the standard on each assignment where the standard is assessed.
