Implement Design Changes (UI Technical Implementation) - Secure App Generator

Hi! We're currently redesigning the look and feel (UI) for our Secure App Generator, but need an actual front-end developer to implement the new wireframes / mockups. There are two major requirements we have to keep in mind as we implement the new designs. The first is that we meet WCAG accessibility standards, and the second is the changes are responsive for mobile and tablets.
