Create task notification daemon

As a terminal user, I want to be notified with tasks start or are due, so that I can keep on top of my tasks, without being logged into the application.

Check out https://www.npmjs.com/package/node-notifier for on screen notifications, but terminal notifications like new mail ones would be cool too.
