How to use it for DSTU 4145 (Ukraine)

I want to generate a crypto certificate for DSTU 4145.
I asked AI to help me, and it generated code with class Dstu4145Signer using, but this class is missing in your project. What can I do in order to write code for generating of the necessary certificate?

The bc-java project has a DSTU4145Signer; using bc-java you should be able to generate a certificate.

AI has either hallucinated that we already ported it to bc-csharp, or perhaps there is a fork somewhere with it added (I can't see one). Dstu4145Signer does exist now though, as I have just started porting the DSTU stuff to bc-sharp. Once the code appears here on github you could perhaps try copying the needed parts to your project and let us know what else is missing or what is broken.
