Quilt doesn't display blank nodes in a meaningful way

When Quilt renders a resource which has blank object nodes, there is a gap where the blank node is:

Note the empty space for:

<http://genome.acropolis.org.uk/0a5dbbf58fe64d09a663a661cf969047#broadcasts> olo:slot ?

Although it's impractical to show the entire blank node (as it may have other blank nodes nested in it etc.) it might be worth giving an indication that there is an blank node object, and that it can be seen by viewing the full RDF for the resource.
