Doesn't compile on ARM

Hello. I can see there is some of the x86 related stuff which is quite annoying to deal with:

• -maes and -mmsse3 compiler flags
• x86 specific intrinsics such as __builtin_ia32_aesenclast128, __builtin_ia32_pslldqi128 and whatever.

As the result, attempting to compile it on non-x86 platforms is a pointless endeavor as it is now. Perhaps, there should be a condition to only use them on supported platforms?
