Description
Some Russian ISPs use "Carrier-grade NATs" which means that ReQrypt can be hit-and-miss.
Here is information that someone sent to me that may be useful:
- Er-Telecom: ReQrypt is unreliable.
- Beeline: ReQrypt does not work (random port NAT).
- Ufanet: ReQrypt does not work (random port NAT).
- Obit: ReQrypt works but requires a high TTL value (of 12) to punch through the NAT
- 2COM: ReQrypt works fine
