Demonstration of how to route output of one service to input of another

Slivka's API allows results files to be referred to as inputs to other services but it looks as if that's not possible via the CLI, and perhaps not also obviously possible through the slivka-client library.

@warownia1 - is there a way to route a job's URI direct ?

I had a go trying to do this via curl - finally got it:
curl 'https://www.compbio.dundee.ac.uk/slivka/api/services/aacon/jobs' -d 'input=Z-LiUPhlFh3YpLow/output.fasta'

also for the cli:
slivka-cli --host https://www.compbio.dundee.ac.uk/slivka/api submit aacon input=Z-LiUPhlFh3YpLow/output.fasta
