Hi Jason,

Apologies for the delay. I looked into this, and as of now Github Desktop does not support filters except for Git LFS, so unfortunately git-crypt will not work with GitHub Desktop. This is something that we would like to add in the future, but I don't have a timeline for when that may happen. I'm sorry that I don't have better news.
