How to turn off view engine and also your example is kinda broken.

Cannot see anywhere in this example where to turn off the view engine. 

Could you please just make a simple example that has the required .ebextensions? Any webdev worth their salt that is approaching your systems is going to know how to make a decent web app. We can do without the fluff. Thanks.
