Current sample deploy fails if you select Amazon Linux 2 instead of legacy Amazon AMI Linux. #23

Description

@ChrisRus

The sample code is out-of-date wrt Amazon Linux 2 and fails deployment if this option is selected during EB creation.

And, because the online directions were written prior to Amazon Linux 2 there's no mention of this possibility. So, out-of-the-box experiment fails immediately for reasons left to the developer to decipher if they blithely select Amazon Linux 2.

It would be helpful to make this clear in the online documentation by linking prominently to:

https://docs.aws.amazon.com/elasticbeanstalk/latest/dg/using-features.migration-al.html

But, it would be even better to have a working Node.js EB example that deploys on Amazon's preferred and latest Linux dist.

Thanks.
