Error while running flask initdb

I believe that the requirements.txt file has incompatible versions of libraries. I already used this example in the past, however, right now I get an error when I run the flask initdb command.

I've opened PR #26 to fix this issue.

Root cause: Authlib==0.13 imports flask._app_ctx_stack, which was removed in Flask 2.3+. With unpinned Flask and Flask-SQLAlchemy, pip resolves to Flask 3.1.x which is incompatible.

Fix: Upgrade to Authlib>=1.0 and migrate the codebase to the Authlib 1.x API (breaking changes in grant method names, request object structure, and JWT config signatures).

The PR has been tested — flask initdb runs successfully with the updated dependencies.
