Folder structure not syncing

Thanks for the awesome app! I'm having an issue where all of the files are syncing, however the folder structure is getting eliminated. In other words, it just dumps all of the files into the same destination folder. Is this working as intended? Would rather preserve the existing structure. Thanks!
