Forward and Gradient-Based Convolution Testing (#43)

* all gradient forward method testing

* all forward convolutions tested

* accurately includes all gradient based and standard convolutions

* removed f64

* Removed individual dtype testing, used utility.py

Ensured that all dtype maps were removed, and fp16 errors handled.

* Applied all checkstyle changes, fixed conv_grad.
