What's the correct way of using Pilatus4 support?

Even without a proper release tag, Pilatus4 is listed as supported in the release notes. Despite this, there are no example ioc in the repository, different from Eiger1 and Eiger2. A pilatus4.template is also defined, but it doesn't import eigerBase.template, again different from eiger1.template and eiger2.template.

What is the correct way to define a proper st.cmd for Pilatus4? Is loading both pilatus4.template and eigerBase.template is enough?

I believe you need to load eiger2.template and pilatus4.template, which just adds the additional thresholds.

A cleaner way to do it is to have pilatus4.template load eiger2.template. Then only 1 dbLoadRecords command is required.

I have pushed 3 changes:

• Include eiger2.template from pilatus4.template
• Add iocPilatus4 directory
• Change st.cmd files to load .req files from db/ not eigerApp/Db

I don't have a detector to test. Can someone please test this?
