No Support for C++ Standard Libraries

Currently there is no support for C++ standard Libraries for the Arduino Due and other SAM3 based boards. This prevents the use of many useful libraries. It would be nice to have these libraries ported over !

Did you really fully installed Arduino SAM Boards from Arduino IDE Board Manager? It should came with the standard library when I installed it. The standard library is not in this repository, but comes with the compiler.
