[Feature Request] Add an option to encrypt the swap partition

I think it would be nice if archinstall listed the swap partition in the list of partitions that can be encrypted using luks during the encryption step.

This would be particularly useful if someone creates big enough swap partition to enable hibernation. Encrypting the swap partition in this case is no brainer since during hibernation all the content of the RAM is dumped into the swap.
