Preinstall Flatpaks #6
Description
Make sure that the appropriate set of Flatpaks are pre-installed when a user first installs Apollo. Hopefully we can just do this with flatpak preinstall, currently Arch's version of flatpak is not new enough, and the version from chaotic-aur has it's own issues.
