[BUG] Can not show the EXTERNAL when kbcli cluster describe ...

Describe the bug
My component is configured with a loadbalanced svc, when i execute "kbcli cluster describe ...", No information about external is displayed

To Reproduce
kbcli cluster describe surcluster -n sec

Expected behavior
my loadbalanced svc can be displayed
