Never ending "Executing sync cmd: rclone sync minio:api-gateway /etc/api-gateway/"

I have been trying to use docker compose method to deploy openwhisk on windows 12 of WSL 2 -Ubuntu-20.04.6 LTS I have once changed the version of minio file , But still I did not end. Is it the problem with WSL or any of you facing this issue. Let me know what is this actually?
