Discover Eclipse Adoptium Temurin JDKs installed via WinGet #140

When installing the Eclipse Adoptium Temurin JDK (for example EclipseAdoptium.Temurin.25.JDK) via WinGet it, by default, gets installed under C:\Program Files\Eclipse Adoptium\[jdk-version-subfolder].
As this is a modern and popular way of installing this JDK, it would be great if the maven-toolchain-plugin could autodiscover JDKs in this location. Currently those are not found by the plugin.
