Resolve Karaf Wrapper native libraries at build time

The Karaf Wrapper native libraries (for different platforms) are on the source repository right now (compiled form).
Instead, these libraries should be resolved at build time, to avoid any compiled/binaries artifacts in the source repository/distribution.
