我尝试使用非admin创建vertexlabel，但是服务端提示403。
我尝试/auth/manager接口，但是提示standalone mode不支持。
是不是意味着在standalone mode中，只能使用admin才能享有全部的权限？无法进一步细化？
比如赋予foo用户他在graph图中有创建vertexlabel或者edgelabel的权限
