Frequent Router Health Check Failures in CloudStack

I'm experiencing continuous router health check failures in Apache CloudStack. Alerts are triggered frequently, impacting VM networking.
Running CloudStack version : CloudStack 4.19.1.2
The issue occurs on multiple virtual routers
Has anyone else faced this? Any known fixes or troubleshooting steps?

the VR health check should not impact vm networking.
Do you use redundant VRs ?

Could you please check in those individual routers what specific tests are failing - as it is a known issue that health check fails when there are no VMs in a VPC: #10088
