Python interop tests failing in CI

Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform.

It looks like Python has been updated to 3.14 on at least some test images but pythonnet does not yet support 3.14 and so tests are failing. Relates to pythonnet/pythonnet#2610.

I'm going to unblock CI by disabling these tests in #152, but we still need to solve this problem either by temporarily downgrading the Python version on the test images or by getting (or helping produce) a new version of Python.NET.
