Describe the Issue
Default value for rhel_08_020035_idlesessiontimeout currently set to 900 because it was the default value for V1 of the STIG.

Expected Behavior
Default value for rhel_08_020035_idlesessiontimeoutshould match STIG V2R1 value of 600.

Actual Behavior
Default value for rhel_08_020035_idlesessiontimeout is 900.
