Update gitlab-ai-provider to 6.7.1

Summary

Update gitlab-ai-provider from 6.7.0 to 6.7.1.

Why

gitlab-ai-provider@6.7.1 fixes an issue where Anthropic models could use the wrong token counter. opencode depends on gitlab-ai-provider from both packages/core and packages/opencode, so both should use the published patch release.

Proposed change

• Bump gitlab-ai-provider to 6.7.1 in both package manifests.
• Refresh bun.lock.
