Can't show full unmodified file

Description

New user so maybe I miss something but I noticed that in a GitHub versioned project
a file that is not changed will not show up in any diff view so I cant look at its content without asking in plan mode for it to be shown to me and then is just shows the first part of the file even if I explicitly asks for the full file.
I would expect a scrollbar or something so that I could see the entire file.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a GitHub versioned controlled project
2. Ask it to show a file without any local changes

This is desktop app so no terminal, just launching from Windows desktop directly

Now I noticed that you can see unchanged files by clicking on them and then they show up in this other view to the left of the list of the files.
I'm sure that this did not work for me before because then nothing happened when I clicked on the file.
I did not do anything special for it to work.
