CancellationToken not working

[predalpha]

CancellationToken does not work on Android, UWP
(if i remove new NativeMessageHandler() from the httpclient ctor, cancellationtoken works)

Ive seen that on UWP, using statement for httpclient makes it not work. Removing it solves on that platform but the issue still occurs on Android.
