Allow highlighting tidbit code + linking to other tidbits

It'd be nice if the author (or possibly even anyone) could highlight code on a tidbit and link it to another tidbit. That way people could links to other explanations if needed. This feature definitely would require some thought to narrow down exactly how I'd want it, but the benefit would be massive, we could start creating a network of tidbits all chained together, a "wikipedia" of sorts.
