🐛 Bug Description

Summary: There are a variety of buttons and interactive elements throughout the UI that seem to be missing the CSS class from shadcn that changes the user's mouse cursor to a pointer when hovering over those elements. That should be fixed.

Expected Behavior: When hovering over interactive elements the mouse cursor should adjust to a hover state.

Actual Behavior: The mouse cursor stays the same.
