Submit to WP Plugin repo #2
Description
After we take care of #1, we should actually submit this to the repo. The easiest way to do this would be to use the 10up GitHub actions instead of trying to use SVN.
Ask Keanan for the AP SVN creds to configure the GitHub actions.
