Hello there. I tested the code of this repo and is working 100%. So it's a misconfiguration , not an "issue".. If you have followed the tutorial on youtube then check your Codeigniter and Xampp installation for issues. Your code is asking for a file that does not exist.
Try a fresh and clean composer install .
