mtls auth config doesn't process ~/ in paths

If you want to configure your mtls auth key/cert/ca using a home-directory-relative path using ~/, it won't work. You have to put the exact path, /home/xxx/...

Ah okay, thanks for opening an issue for this.

I don't use mTLS myself at the moment, but I'll look into what I can do to fix it and allow both absolute and relative paths.
