Not sure exactly whether to make an issue on this or not because its kinda a gray area in terms of being a bug
Currently, an opening teamkill is counted as a won opening duel for the player that performed it, but this is obviously not a good thing to be doing, so it feels like it shouldn't be counted positively, but this edge case is hard to fit. Counting it as only an opening death for the teamkilled player means that there is one more opening death compared to opening kills, but the way it is now counts positively towards "opening duels won" in the opening duels stats, despite being negative.
