Description
After restarting OpenGUI, the system does not remember which folders/projects in the sidebar were expanded or collapsed.
Folders that were previously collapsed are opened again after restart, so the sidebar state is not restored correctly.
Observed Behavior
- User expands and collapses projects/folders in the sidebar
- OpenGUI is restarted
- The previous sidebar state is lost
- Folders that were closed before restart appear open again
Expected Behavior
- OpenGUI should persist the expand/collapse state of sidebar folders/projects
- After restart, the sidebar should look the same as before closing the app
- Closed folders should remain closed, and open folders should remain open
Impact
- Reduces usability for users with many projects
- Forces users to repeatedly clean up or re-open the sidebar structure after each restart
- Makes the UI feel less stable and less personalized
Environment
- OpenGUI Desktop Interface
- OS: Linux
