Update `aiida-hyperqueue` for new Scheduler interface

Adapt the HyperQueueScheduler with regard to the changes in:

aiidateam/aiida-core#6043

Which makes the Scheduler more generic, and implements a new BashCliScheduler class.
Probably the changes are similar to what was needed for the SlurmScheduler, see:

Tested by @superstar54 in the field for AiiDAlab and that seems to do the trick!
