What happened?

What did you expect?

The log is communicating that GitHub creds are not injected and this is a potential error. Maybe it is intentional. The log should just communicate that Github creds were not found hence api.github.com was allowed to passthrough.

Steps to reproduce

1. Your vault should have no connection for GitHub
2. Ask any agent to "fetch GitHub repo using gh". The authsome skill will get triggered (if not, then u may have to prompt the agent to use authsome)
