Tree DataControl should occupy all height in SplitPane in stories from Tree-Table-Chart

It did not work in case of resizable splitpane. Despite all 100% height settings it uses "by content" hieght for the viewable area and did not update it on resize.
If this control will use 100% it will draw a view with 100% parent height and will show much more without reaction on resize.
