Placeholder date values are missing for Icelandic
🤔 Expected Behavior?
Datepickers with the locale "is" should show "dd.mm.áááá" as placeholder
😯 Current Behavior
Datepickers with the locale "is" show the English "dd.mm.yyyy" as placeholder
💁 Possible Solution
An entry for is is missing in react-spectrum/packages/@react-stately/datepicker/src/placeholders.ts.
is: {year: 'áááá', month: 'mm', day: 'dd'}
