Add custom flags

Is there a way to pass custom flags to this action (i.e. --no-verify)? Would be nice to have a generic argument for this so that any flags can be passed, rather than solely the options already provided.

I referred to this issue in #104. I am looking for a reason for keeping this action, and this issue confirms my belief that it does not make sense.
