Pass lead handler request to parse function rather than options

In the lead handler, the HTTP request has `mongodb` and `logger` properties. Rather than passing those in via an options object, let's just pass the request. This will also give us access to other necessary bits of the environment, such as the account. The account is relevant to the `time` type because we need the account timezone.
