Build errors on Ubuntu 24.04?

Running the install procedure as listed I get:
RuntimeError: Failed to import diffusers.loaders.lora_pipeline because of the following error (look up to see its traceback):
No module named 'transformers.modeling_layers'

Upgrading transformers beyond 4.50 (to 4.57) I get this:

TypeError: Audio.init() got an unexpected keyword argument 'show_download_button'

Can anyone give me a clue? Is there a discord for the project that I can chat w/ folks about?

I'm also seeing the
TypeError: Audio.init() got an unexpected keyword argument 'show_download_button
error.
I'm on Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS.
I followed the basic setup instructions using miniconda, and I got the above error when running "acestep --port 7865".
I tried going to the Discord link above, but it says "Invite Invalid". Thanks.
