Add accessible description for creator price chart data points

Summary
Creator price chart data points are rendered as SVG or canvas elements with no textual description, making the chart inaccessible to screen reader users. A summary description or accessible data table alternative gives non-visual users access to the price information.

Scope

• identify the creator price chart component
• add an aria-label or visually-hidden summary describing the price trend
• optionally add a hidden data table with the underlying chart values

Acceptance Criteria

• screen readers can access a meaningful description of the price chart
• the description is kept in sync with the chart data
• the visual chart rendering is unchanged
