Timezone placeholder not working

Doesn't matter which timezoneID you enter in %localtime_timezone_ID%, it always returns the server time. Is this normal? We're having also frequent issues that the timezone of the players can't be found, is there a way to fix this?

Set the name of TimeZone , not the number ID TimeZone
ex: %localtime_timezone_Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh%, not %localtime_timezone_267%
