About Freeswitch Installation

Dears.

Reading https://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Raspberry_PI-specific_documentation I have two questions:

1).- After write in console cp -a /usr/share/freeswitch/conf/vanilla /etc/freeswitch how do I compile the freeswitch after.

2).- when write in console debootstrap_raspbian_chroot I'm getting the following error : bash: debootstrap_raspbian_chroot: no se encontro la orden
