CoreScannerObject_BarcodeEvent not raising in given Console Applicaiton.

I downloaded git repo. Installed required software's like SDK etc. Opened "RegisterUnregisterForEvents" solution and build successfully.
Connected Zebra barcode scanner DC2208. Run applicaiton. Application found scanner however unable to fire CoreScannerObject_BarcodeEvent event after scanning barcode.

No error or exception is throwing application. Just existing after scanning or pressing any key.

Did you set the snapi or IBM handheld ?
