Make namespace and package ID consistent

Hi everyone,
the package ID and namespaces differ. This may lead to issues downstream.

Package ID (e.g. nuget.org) is: Zeiss.PiWeb.Colorscale
Project name and namespaces are Zeiss.PiWeb.ColorScale
