Request for validation gt and model weights for Regrounded3D

Thank you for sharing the train.json files in the Regrounded3D annotations.
I was wondering if it would be possible to also release the val.json file to facilitate evaluation.
Additionally, could you provide the pre-trained model weights?
These resources would greatly help in reproducing the results and conducting further research.
