Multiple image upload not working

Hi,

I created a Gallery module with the multiple image option. When I want to upload images the script gives an Internal Server Error. Below the screenshots what happens with the error message. Not really sure if this is a bug or a error caused by the webserver. I'm using Fork 3.9.3.
